With a strong background in Conversational AI, Ivona has previously held key roles as a Program Manager and Conversation Designer, working with top-tier clients across various industries. Earlier, she pioneered the role of conversation designer in a global tech firm, where she launched a consulting service that earned her national recognition as Best Young Project Manager
