Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases
These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase a ticket for any event organized by Conversational & Generative AI Ltd, including The European Chatbot & Conversational AI Summit. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Content
All event materials, presentations, and content are owned or licensed by us. You are not allowed to use, reproduce, or share any content for commercial purposes. Content is provided as is, and we do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions, or unlawful content. We can remove or change content at any time.
2. Tickets
Ticket prices are listed on the ticketing site. Ticket purchases must comply with eligibility criteria. Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving an invoice. Tickets are issued only after full payment, and prices may change after the invoice period.
Reselling: Tickets cannot be resold. Reselling or attempting to resell will invalidate the ticket.
Ticket Assignment: Tickets must be assigned to an attendee, and attendee details must be fully provided . If you’ve secured a free or subsidized ticket but bought one, no refund is available.
3. Marketing
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us to publicly announce our relationship with you and your company. We can use photos, videos, and feedback from the event for future marketing purposes.
4. Accessibility

6. Ticket Policy
Refunds: Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Transfer: Tickets may be reassigned to another attendee before the event.
Lost Tickets: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Cancellation: Tickets can be cancelled or transferred but cannot be resold.
7. Event Changes
We may change the event format, speakers, or topics without liability. If an event is cancelled or postponed, you can attend the next event for free, or exchange your ticket for a future event credit.

These terms represent the entire agreement between us and override any prior agreements. If part of the terms is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the ticket. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us for any damages caused by your actions.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to event content remain with us. You may only use the material as authorized by us.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Scots law, and any disputes are subject to the Scottish Courts.
