The session will focus on the AI governance implications as we’ve moved from AI, to GenAI, to Agentic AI. It will be a lot of enterprise AI governance, with a little bit of AI policy, security, and safety sprinkled in. It will have a strong focus on the financial services industries’ challenges, and the implications of Agentic AI introducing a whole new channel therein. I’ll also cover technical elements of Agentic AI at a level of abstraction for governance professionals. Include some key gotchas that have come up and hindered effective governance. And share an opinionated view on how governance can, and should, be an accelerator for Agentic AI adoption.
