In her consultancy, Surya focuses on Natural Language Processing and chatbot development, creating human-centered AI solutions. She is the creator and host of ‘Data & AI Conversations with Surya’ on YouTube and leads ‘GenAI for Entrepreneurs’, a Scottish Government–funded course that helps founders apply Generative AI responsibly and effectively.
